Our journey to owning a short-term rental began with a shared dream of blending family, adventure, and hospitality. While visiting Jolie’s family near Denver, we explored the idea of finding a home in the mountains, a place where we could create new memories while honoring old ones. One crisp autumn day, we stumbled upon a stunning property in Evergreen remarkably, in the very same neighborhood where Jolie once played as a child under her grandparents’ watchful eyes. The coincidence felt like fate. With breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks and whispering evergreens, the home was perfect, not just for us but for others to experience. we envisioned more than a personal retreat; we wanted to open our doors to travelers seeking the magic of Colorado’s mountains. Jolie and Stephen, a couple hailing from California, found their hearts drawn to the rugged charm of Evergreen, Colorado, where Jolie’s roots run deep. Born in Colorado, Jolie spent part of her childhood in Evergreen, sharing cherished moments with her grandparents in a neighborhood nestled among the pines. As her grandparents aged, the pull to reconnect with family and the place that shaped her early years grew stronger. The couple saw an opportunity not just to return to Colorado, but to build something special a way to share the beauty of Evergreen with others. Jolie is a Colorado native but we fell in love with Hawai’i on our trip there in March of 2019. We are excited to share our vacation rentals with you.
