Payment Conditions
- Self check-in with smart lock

- The balance is due at the time of booking, if your reservation is within 20 days of arrival
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, check or cash
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, excess cleaning fee may apply.
Villa Rules

- Commercial photography allowed with prior approval
- The discharging of firearms and fireworks on the premises are strictly prohibited
EXTRAS
Garbage will be collected and disposed of by Housekeepers at end of stay, please collect full bags and place in the trash cans in the garage
Please clean up after your pets, there is a pet waste station with bags located on a post at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the deck
As with most Mountain Homes, we are on a septic system, please be mindful of what is being sent down the drain. Signs have been added near drains for information on what is and isn’t safe to put down drains. Putting unapproved items down the drain may result in a fine of up to $500 in addition to actual costs for the plumber to repair.
Late Checkout Policy: Please note that late checkouts are rarely possible due to our cleaning schedule and incoming guests. If you require a late checkout, kindly consider adding an extra day to your reservation to accommodate your needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
